We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Information we collect
- Information you give us directly: when you submit the discovery call form we collect your name, work email, company, approximate revenue range, business type, and anything you write in the message field.
- Usage information: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. This collects standard analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source. It is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
- Technical information: our hosting provider processes standard server and request data (such as IP address) to serve and secure the site.
How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.
Third parties we use
- Formspree, to process and deliver form submissions to us.
- Google Analytics, for website analytics.
- Cloudflare, for hosting and content delivery.
These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside Australia. We only share what is necessary for them to provide their service.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses analytics cookies to measure usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. Blocking cookies will not stop you using the site.
Retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to meet our business and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, or to raise a privacy concern, contact us through our contact page. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
